The smaller lump on the left side is gone, and the vet says the main one, on the right is smaller. We'll continue with the warm compresses and just keep an eye on things. If something changes or the swollen area gets bigger, Kansas will go back on antibiotics, but, for now, just keep doing what we're doing.
We had bloodwork done again (DH is now paranoid after missing Leo's condition and wants bloodwork done regularly on EVERYONE)- to the tune of $175 (I really thought they wouldn't charge the $45 office visit fee, since the first re-check is free, according to previous paperwork, dang it!). Her levels actually look better than they did in December, with the exception of her kidney and liver ranges, which are high, but no higher than they were 6 months ago. They said it was probably because of the prednisone still in her system, but DH did some research and says it's because she's an old dog and her muscles are deteriorating, and that's showing up in her kidney values. It makes sense. I know old dogs start to lose muscle mass, so...
She's fine, we'll just keep up with her walks and get back on the K9FitBone.
