My Mom is PISSED!

She was mad enough at Bowtie press for first running an article that seemed to support "designer dogs" more than dispute them.
She got even madder when Bowtie Press' affiliate Kennel Club Books started mass-producing volumes specific to each "designer" "breed". At that point, she began debating whether or not to renew her subscriptions to all magazines Bowtie.
When they ran an online article announcing the aforementioned Old Navy casting call, she became even more disturbed after discovering Old Navy's "creat your own designer dog" game within the links.

And now Bowtie has gone and dismissed all of the volunteer message board hosts (of which mom is one) with not so much as a "thank you".
6 months of hard work, friends, fun time and relationships all down the drain as the stupid conglomerate takes a wrecking ball to the message boards and completely starts from scratch. Mom has spent almost 4 hours this morning frantically scrounging for the email addressses of her online friends, inviting them to a bettter, friendlier forum and playing "go-between" in order to get everyone in contact with each other.
She's so upset! She almost couldn't fall asleep last night!
She almost shoved Dad out of the computer chair she was so eager to see if the old boards had been taken down yet! She really doesn't want to lose contact with these people!
Those message boards have been one of her greatest passtimes since our most recent relocations and the only people she's met have been online there!

Of course, I wish she'd stop long enough to take me out to potty. I'm long past due for my usual 11 a.m. pitstop.

And we're supposed to be cleaning the house and baking cinnamon rolls for Dad's birthday breakfast.

She's definitely decided not to renew her subscriptions and is already busy finding new, non-Bowtie press periodicals to support.

Things are winding down. There's one friend nobody can get in touch with but the rest of them have all made it safely to the new place and are relieved.

No more coffee for Mom today.
